You don’t lose money — the payment stays with you.
— If the mistake is on our side (wrong SKU or defect), we let you know and cover all costs — refunding the customer and closing the expense ourselves.
— If the customer refuses or doesn’t collect the parcel, that’s their responsibility. We then handle the goods: re-export them, return them to the supplier, resell at a discount, or write them off if no other option is available.
