How do I process an order on 4Partners App?

One of the fundamental aspects of running an online business is creating and managing orders. In this article, we will walk you through the process of creating an order on Shopify.

Step 1: Log In to Your Shopify Account
Before you can create an order, you need to log in to your Shopify account. Visit the Shopify website and enter your credentials to access your admin dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Orders Section
Once you're logged in, locate the "Orders" tab in your Shopify admin dashboard. This is where you'll manage all aspects of your orders, including creating new ones.

Step 3: Click on "Create Order"
In the Orders section, you'll find a button labeled "Create Order." Click on this button to start the process of generating a new order.

Step 4: Choose or Add a Customer
If the order is for an existing customer, you can search for their name or email address in the customer search bar. Once you find the customer, you can select them to associate the order with their account. If the order is for a new customer, you can enter their information in the provided fields to create a customer profile.

If you offer different shipping options, you can also select the preferred shipping method for the customer.

Step 9: Check Active Orders on 4Partner App
Go to the 4Partner app and click on the "Active Orders" section. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all the orders you have created, including those awaiting payment and confirmation from 4Partners. Now it's time to send your order to 4Partners for confirmation. To do this, simply mark the order, then click on the three yellow dots and choose "Export to Partner".

Step 10: Check Active Orders on 4Partner App
You can now visit the 4Partners website to place orders. Start by clicking on your account, and then navigate to the 'Orders' section.

Finally, select the desired order that you wish to make a payment for. Once you're confident that all the details are correct, click on the "Pay" button. That's it, congratulations! You've successfully navigated the process of creating an order on Shopify and managing it through the 4Partner App.
